Image Dimensions Overview
The following dimensions are applied to images uploaded to the Pathify platform. To avoid undesired cropping, upload images that match the following suggested dimensions.
All dimensions listed are measured in pixels (px).
In this article:
Event Banner Dimensions
Banner: 2048 x 800 to support retina screens.
Event banner images will not retain quality at 1024 x 400.
Groups Dimensions
Banner: 1100 x 230 (minimum)
Profile Image: 96 x 96
Users Dimensions
Images will be automatically cropped to fit these dimensions, using the center of the uploaded image as the focal point for cropping.

If an image is uploaded with the correct aspect ratio, it will not be cropped, but it will be resized to match the provided dimensions. For example, a group banner image with dimensions 1408 x 384 will not be cropped but will be resized down to 704 x 192.
Posts, Announcements, and Messages Dimensions
Images are not cropped but will be scaled down, preserving the aspect ratio, to fit within these dimensions:
Height: 500px
Length: available space
The original size is always saved for when a User clicks on a Post image.
