Tasks Overview
The Tasks feature provides users with important to-do items assigned to them by an institution.
In this article:
Add a Personal Task
Global Menu > Tasks
1. Click on Tasks in the Global Menu.
2. Select + Add Task in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Enter Basic Info and Task Details.
Reminder Notifications
A user may also choose to set Reminder Notifications as well as a pop-up reminder for the Task.
To enable the Task Reminder Notifications feature, the Task must have a Due date (entered in Task Details).
A user can set a Reminder Notification for X days before the due date. Additional reminders can be added, as needed.
A user can also configure a pop-up that will interrupt users and display a reminder about the Task.
4. Click Save when finished.

The Personal Task will save under Current Tasks.
The user will receive a notification when a new Personal Task has been created.

Edit a Personal Task
Global Menu > "Task" > Task Options
1. Click on Tasks in the Global Menu.
2. Select Task Options in the upper right-hand corner of the specific Personal Task.
3. Click Edit in the drop-down menu.
4. Edit the Personal Task, as necessary.
5. Click Save when finished.

Complete a Personal Task
Global Menu > "Task"
1. Click on Tasks in the Global Menu.
2. Navigate to the specific Personal Task.
3. Select Mark as complete.

Notification of this successful action will appear in the lower left-hand corner.

The completed Personal Task will move to the Completed Tasks tab. A user may choose Mark incomplete to move the Personal Task back to the Current Tasks tab.

Delete a Personal Task
Global Menu > "Task" > Task Options
1. Click on Tasks in the Global Menu.
2. Select Task Options in the upper right-hand corner of the specific Personal Task.
3. Click Delete in the drop-down menu.
4. Select Delete in the dialogue box.

Confirm that the Personal Task has been successfully deleted.
